General Terms of Participation

1. Application and confirmation

Submitting an application via the website does not constitute a binding contract. The contractual relationship is established once the organizer confirms and issues a quote.

2. Payment

17% VAT is charged on all listed prices. The payment deadline and schedule are set out in the quote.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation and refund terms are to be defined in line with the organizer's business policy.

4. Exhibition space

The organizer determines the layout of positions according to the floor plan and the order of applications. Setup and teardown follow the schedule published by the organizer.

5. Branding materials

The exhibitor must submit materials in the required dimensions and format by the deadline announced by the organizer.
