Who processes your data

The joint data controllers are MM Real Estate and Poslovne novine, as organizers of the Property Expo Adria event. Contact: info@propertyexpo.net.

What data we collect

The data you enter in the participation application or contact form: company name, ID/VAT number, address, contact person's first and last name, job title, e-mail, phone, selected package and remarks. We also record technical visit data (IP address, device type, referral source) and campaign UTM parameters.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to process the application, prepare a quote and communicate about the event (performance of a contract), and to send our newsletter if you have explicitly consented to it (consent, which you may withdraw at any time).

How long we keep the data

We keep application data in accordance with the statutory retention periods for business documentation. Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn.

Who we share data with

With service providers who help us operate: the application-intake system (Netlify Forms), our e-mail delivery system, hosting and analytics tools. We do not sell data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and object, as well as the right to data portability. Send your request to info@propertyexpo.net.
